Private Pay and Billing
Do you accept insurance?
No. Oviedo Therapy & Relationships is 100% private pay.
Why private pay?
Private pay allows care to remain clinician-directed, without insurance-driven constraints, session limits, or diagnostic requirements. Many clients also prefer the discretion that comes from limiting third-party involvement.
Do you provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement?
No. We do not provide superbills.
What is the investment for services?
Fees are not published on this site. Your clinician will confirm fees and policies before any appointment is scheduled.
When is payment processed?
Payment is processed the morning of your scheduled session using the card information provided in intake paperwork.
First Session and What to Expect
What should we expect in the first session?
Your first session is structured to clarify what’s happening, identify priorities, and outline a practical next-step plan. Depending on your situation, recommendations may include weekly sessions, a focused short-term approach, or an intensive.
We don’t start with generic reassurance. We start with direction.
Scheduling and Policies
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments canceled within 24 hours, late cancellations, and no-shows are charged the full session fee.
Telehealth and Location
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes, when clinically appropriate and where licensed.

Discretion and Boundaries
How private is this? We value discretion.

Can we contact the your listed phone number or email address?
The listed phone number and email exist for business identity and administrative routing. You may receive an automated reply directing you to contact your chosen clinician for care-related questions.
Crisis and Urgency
We’re in a crisis. Can you see us immediately?
Availability depends on clinician scheduling. If you are in immediate danger or at risk of harm to yourself or others, call 911.
